Using scientifically backed exercise methods prescribed from our experience as Doctors of Physical Therapy and Exercise Science Specialists, we will build you the most effective workout programs based on your specific goals, using tracking metrics to make sure that you are progressing in the right direction. We will also provide you with nutritional advice and 24/7 support.
Chris is an Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong passion for improving the health and wellness of all individuals, including himself. He was a former collegiate football player and dealt with numerous injuries that limited his performance. This drove him to study the field of exercise science and therapeutic rehabilitation for over 7 years. He continues to apply evidence-based research into his programming with the goal of creating guides that can transform the well-being of people of all ages, genders and backgrounds.
Rob is a Board Certified Physical Therapist with a strong passion for optimizing health and wellness. He played sports his entire life and dealt with nagging injuries that limited his ability to perform at his best. This ultimately lead him to pursue a career dedicated to helping individuals better their own health and functionality. With a strong understanding of the human body, and an emphasis on research based methodology, Rob is able to tailor programs to his clients needs, ensuring they not only reach their goals, but feel great while doing so.
