This program is for individuals that have injured their upper body (shoulders, elbows, wrists etc.) in the past and would like to return to a higher level of function. Follow along with my workout plan, or a modified version based on your initial assessment, that focuses on improving your mobility, strength and overall performance inside and outside the gym.
