Christian Orlando:

Chris is an Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He was a former collegiate football player with a strong passion for improving the health and wellness of all individuals, including himself. Chris has studied the field of exercise science and therapeutic rehabilitation for over 7 years. He continues to apply evidence-based research into his programming with the goal of creating guides that can transform the well-being of people of all ages, genders and backgrounds.

Dr. Robert C. Massucci

Rob is a Board Certified Physical Therapist, born and raised in Brooklyn New York. Rob has been passionate about physical fitness and well being for over a decade. This ultimately lead him to pursue a career dedicated to helping individuals better their own health. With a strong understanding of the human body, and an emphasis on research based methodology, Rob is able to tailor programs to his clients needs, ensuring they not only reach their goals, but feel great while doing so.
